Look better, feel better, perform better, and BE better.

When it comes to outward appearance and health markers, nutrition plays a larger role than exercise (but you still need both to create your ideal body). And that’s what I want to help you do.

But first, here’s something you didn’t know that will set the groundwork.

Physique Transformation was my first expertise in the fitness world. Fat loss, muscle gain – I did it myself and then I started coaching others on it. I earned my college degree in Human Nutrition and Foods because I was seriously obsessed with the human body and how we can literally transform ourselves with diet and training.

At 19 years old, I won the Teenage Nationals Bodybuilding Competition held in California. This was back in 1993.


I competed in bodybuilding shows for the next 8 years and began consulting clients after my first show. Over the years I mastered the ins and outs of diet manipulation, training, and supplementation and how it affected the body.

I’ve coached the extremes – from helping bodybuilders and models get ultra lean to helping the average gym goer drop a couple dress sizes or  pants sizes. I helped people like you get results. I provided the blueprint, they provided the action to follow my plan.

23 years later, the “formula” I use for helping people transform their bodies hasn’t changed. Although the details may be different for individuals, the plan is proven.

Now I tell you all this because many of you did not know my background beyond the fact that I opened the first CrossFit gym in Alabama.

From working with thousands of people over the years, I’ve uncovered and observed a few things in regards to body transformation.

  • How ready are you to change?
  • How strong is your social support group (or do you even have one)?
  • Do you know and understand macronutrients?
  • Have you ever weighed and measured your food (or do you know how)?
  • Are the current foods you have in your kitchen healthy for your goals?
  • Why is this important to you?
  • What are the immediate benefits to you being more energetic, leaner, and stronger?

These are just some of the questions you have to think about. My part as a Coach is to guide you through this process, keep you on track, and make make adjustments to YOUR nutrition as needed.

I’ve done these in the past, and for this go around I will have two groups. The only difference in these groups is the nutritional approach.

  1. 6 Week Shred Protocol

  2. Cyclical Ketogenic Diet
