We’ll go over our CFB warm-up, basic mechanics, ideal form, CrossFit methodology, then get after it.

“Bodyweight: Little Storm”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps

Push-ups
Tuck jumps
Burpees
Sit-ups

Advanced Option ===> “Bodyweight Big Storm”

Same as above, but starts at 15 reps.

There is a 22 minute cap for “Big Storm.” Realize it’s more than double the reps of “Little Storm.”
