20 consecutive rep maximum per person (5 Minimum)

For time:
100 Ground to overhead, 45#/25#/15# bumper
150 No push-up burpees
100 Suitcase carry step-ups (20″ box), 53#/35#/26#KB
100 Med ball cleans, 20#/14#/10#
150 Parallel grip knee-ups

Notes: No Rx designations… use a load that will give you the best workout. Scale and modify as needed with the guidance of your Coach.
