#ErrDayWORK – Snatch Transfer Skills
Our #errdaywork this month is empty barbell practice. Rotate between the Burgener Warm-up, Snatch Transfer Skills, and 7 reps of the Bear Complex. As a group today we’re doing the Snatch Transfer Skills today. For the remainder of the month, choose one to do every day if you want to get better with the barbell.
You need to be able to hit these positions and feel the proper path of the barbell. Practice this under the watchful eyes of your coaches, especially if you’re still acquiring the proper technique and mobility.
If it’s important to you, you’ll do this every day this month.
