::WOD::

EMOM for 15 Minutes of:
A1. TnG 5 Squat cleans (moderate)
A2. 50 Double unders
A3. 10 Toes to bar
Notes: These EMOM are designed to have a work/rest interval each minute. DO NOT GO BEYOND 40 seconds in any minute, regardless if you complete the reps. TnG means “touch and go.” No resetting at the bottom. Cycle through as best you can.
