A1.    7 Front squats, 135#/95#
A2. 80 Speed step singles
A3.    7 Floor presses, 135#/95# (Use same bar/weight as FS)

– As always, scale as needed with the guidance of your Coach.
– Do NOT go beyond 40 secs of work in any minute
