4 Unbroken power cleans, 135#/95#
8 Burpees
4 Unbroken squat cleans, 135#/95#
8 Burpees
4 Unbroken squat clean/shoulder to overhead, 135#/95#
8 Burpees

Notes: Regardless of weight, going unbroken (touch and go) is the primary goal (with ideal technique, of course). If you can handle it, use or work towards the RX load. Shoulder to overhead = press, push press, or push jerk.
