Three supersets of:
A1.    5 Wall walks
A2. 10 Supermans

::Strength::
Four supersets of:
A1.    3 Front squats (moderate ~75% 1RM)
A2. 20 Unbroken wall ball shots
Notes: This is to be done in a “superset” fashion (the wall ball shots should be performed immediately after each set of front squats). Rest a few minutes between supersets. We’ll squat from stands.
