20 Ring dips
20 Ground to overhead, 45#/25#
20 Wall ball shots, 20#/14# > 12’/10′ Height!
10 Strict 1 1/2  rep supinated pull-ups
20 Box jumps, 30″/24″
20 Staggered plyo push-ups on bumper plate
Then finish with 400 Meter run
