500 Meter row, Sub 1:38/1:50
20 Strict handstand push-ups
20 Unbroken double squat wall ball shots, 20#/14#
20 Unbroken double kettlebell swings, 70#/35#
20 Overhead drop lunges, 135#/95#
Notes: Scale as needed – Break up reps, lower weight, preform “regular” version of movement, etc. You can take as many attempts at unbroken as you want. 😉
