Our resident coach intern, Dalton, is also a massage therapist and has worked with many of our members. We’ll be launching a Mobility class led by Dalton for the benefit of our members as well as others.

For those of you who have participated in our Saturday bootcamps, you’ve gotten a glimpse of some of the mobility movements/stretches we’ll be using in this class.
