If you’re ready to commit 6 weeks to improving your body and learn cool stuff, please keep reading. Starting Monday, June 6, I’ll be coaching a private group of participants, step by step, through a 6 week fatloss transformation. And, I’d love for you to join me.
Listen, 6 weeks isn’t a long time – so we’ve got to get to work AND put in the work to achieve results.
Once you register, I’ll add you to our private group on Facebook (yes, you’ll need a Facebook account).
Once inside, you’ll find the resources, videos, and discussions as I take you step by step in this 6 week process. The power in this is that I’ll be here to guide you and answer your questions as we all go along and you’ll get group support as well.
The interactive nature of facebook provides feedback and learning at a pace just short of having your own personal trainer on call (and costs significantly less).
Here’s what’s going down:
- You’ll take before and after pics (I’ll show you how and which angles to take).
- You’ll calculate your nutritional needs – protein, carbs, and fat, and how much of each to consume per day (I’ll show you how).
- We’ll post workouts you can do at home if you’re following remotely and do not have access to a gym. (Members at my gym will follow our current gym programming with modifications in load and intensity as needed).
- It’s going to be low carb, high protein, and moderate fat, and we’ll be modulating these macronutrients throughout the 6 weeks.
- We’ll show you quick meals you can prepare for yourself and your family.
- I’ll talk about how different supplements can boost your efforts (a lot more than you think!).
- I will tell you the “secrets” and strategies I’ve used with myself and clients back when I was a bodybuilding/physique contest prep coach. These clients got results 100% of the time because they followed the formula to a T. (I’m going to give you the formula.)
